MEMPHIS, Tenn. - A memorial service for Tammy H. Adkins, 48, will be at 4 p.m. Thursday in the That's Love chapel, 3830 Park Avenue in Memphis. She was a floral designer with That's Love Florists. Atkins died March 22, 2010 at Baptist East Hospital after a brief illness. She leaves two sons, Phillip Atkins and Rivers Atkins of Memphis; a daughter, Ashley Atkins of Memphis; her mother, Juanita Hughes of Bartlett, Tenn.; her father, Jimmy Hughes of Horn Lake; and a brother, Dale Hughes of Bartlett.
