Sylvia Jean Shattuck, 67, passed away on Thursday, April 25, 2013. She was born and lived in Hampton for 50 years, and later in Lanexa for 13 years. Sylvia was a homemaker and was a member of Victory Christian Center and Heritage Christian Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Waverly and Earl Cook; son, Raymond Shattuck; and grandson, Charlie Bulifant.

She is survived by her husband of 51 years, Paul Shattuck; sons, Paul Jr., Andy (Dianne), and Walt (Jen); daughter, Paula Bishop(Bob); grandchildren, Amanda, Phillip, P.T., Casey, Rena, Hanna, Crystal, Andrew, Logan, Dustin, and Sylvia; great-grandchildren, Jeremy, Harley, Marnie, Alexis, Cameron, Sissy, Mark, Evan, and John; sisters, Mary, Sandi and Janice; and lifelong friend, Jackie Carlton.

A celebration of Sylvia's life will be held Tuesday, April 30, 2013 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Parklawn Memorial Park.
