Loyd E. Bingham, Jr., age 66, of San Antonio, died Saturday, January 10, 2009. He is preceded in death by his father, Loyd Bingham, Sr. and mother, Marie Louise Bingham. Loyd is survived by his son, Allen Bingham and wife, Serap; grandchildren, Alena Bingham and Raidon Loyd Bingham. Loyd was a life Deacon and longtime Trustee at San Antonio First Baptist Church. He was a member of the State Bar of Texas and also a Founding Partner of Law Firms of Brock, Bingham and Person; and Brock and Kelfer. Family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 14th from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M.
Services will be held Thursday, January 15, 2009, at 10:00 A.M. at the San Antonio First Baptist Church, Wilson Chapel, 515 McCullough Avenue 78215. The Rev. Don Gunthrie officiating. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be may to San Antonio First Baptist Church T.V. Ministry. Interment in Mission Burial Park North.
