AGE 69 YEARS

Albert M. "Al" Gaeta of Medford, died February 29, 2020, peacefully at the Lahey Clinic in Burlington. Beloved husband of Diane M. (Selvitella) Gaeta. Devoted father of Jacqui Chaffins and Andrea Toomey and their spouses all of Billerica. He was a proud and loving papa to 3 grandchildren. Dear brother of Janis Mini of Saugus, the late Peggy DeSimone, and dear "brother" of Dave of Wakefield. Cherished son of the late Albert and Concetta (Provenzano) Gaeta. Devoted son-in-law to Barbara and the late Arthur Selvitella. He also leaves many nieces, nephews and cousins.

After graduating from Medford High School with the class of 1968, he enlisted in the Coast Guard Reserve. He enjoyed 12 years working with TWA and to this day maintained friendships with many former colleagues. Al also worked for many years managing printing services for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts until his retirement.
