He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Frances; son Michael Astone (Cynthia); daughters Sandra Beacham; and Susan Sell (Joe); nine grandchildren Allison, Lauren and Steven Astone; Craig, Jason, Cassie and Sean Beacham; and Camryn and Chloe Sell; his brother Ed Astone (Kris) of Lincoln, California.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Karen (Astone) Mester (1992) of Shelton, CT, and his mother Ethel Astone (1998), of Fresno, CA.
Angelo served in the United States Coast Guard.
He attended Fresno State College and the University of San Francisco where he studied Law.
He joined the corporate business world with General Electric Credit Corporation, later evolving into General Electric Capital.
Angelo progressed to the home office of GE Capital in Stamford, Connecticut where he worked until his retirement, a period of 41 years.
Several trips and corporate outings were to Hilton Head Island, South Carolina, a location that both Angelo and Frances enjoyed so much, they chose the Island as the location of their retirement for the past 16 years.
Angelo and Frances have been active parishioners in St. Lawrence Catholic Church Shelton, Connecticut.
Angelo's true loves in life were in order of priority, his wife and family, international travel, golf and anything Italian.
