Pat K. Aul, 85, passed away and joined her husband John in their Heavenly Home on Sunday, January 28, 2024.

She was born in Gaston on September 1, 1938, the daughter of Harold I. and Martha L. (Rector) Stephenson.

Pat worked alongside John for many years at Aul Brothers Tool and Die.

Survivors include her children, James Buchanan "Butch" (wife, Mindy) and Vicki Rowles (husband, Jeff); seven grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; three sisters, Janet Jackson, Judy Dummitt and Cindy Huffman (husband, Rick); along with her brother, John Stephenson (wife, Helen).

Pat was preceded in death by her husband, John F. Aul in 2010; a daughter, Tammi Ruble; grandson, Nicholas Ransom; sister, Billie Neal; along with her parents.

Services will be 11:00 a.m. on Monday, February 5, 2024 at Glad Tidings Church, 3001 S. Burlington Drive, with Pastor Kevin Holt officiating. Burial will follow in Hawk Cemetery.

Family and friends may call from 2:00 until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday, February 4, 2024 at The Meeks Mortuary and Crematory, Washington Street Chapel or one hour prior to services on Monday at the church.
