Robert Martin Doyscher born Jan 4th, 1882 at Dale, Outagamie CO, Wisconsin, died Feb 27th, 1919 in Jackson, Jackson CO, MN of Tuberculosis. He married on Jan 12th, 1904 to Laura Anna Thurmer born May 17, 1882, Germany and died Apr 20, 1972 in St. Paul, MN. Both are buried at Riverside Cemetery at Jackson, Jackson CO, MN and are on find-a-grave site. They had six children: Hulda Minnie Pauline (Doyscher) Peterson (named after her grandmother that lived only one month, after they came to Minnesota from Germany in 1888 and also she was accidentally left off the obituary for her father) April 8th, 1901-June 3rd, 1991, Clara Mary Doyscher Jan 19th, 1905-April 25th, 1986 never married, Alsee (Doyscher) McGee-Finn Aug 27th, 1906-April 5th, 2007, Lillian Doyscher Dec 12th, 1908-Dec 30th, 1997 never married, Robert Edward Doyscher April 18th, 1910-Oct 14th, 1987 and Alvin Frank Doyscher Sept 14th, 1913-June 5th, 1996.
Robert’s parents were Frank Charles Doyscher (Franz Doischer) born Feb 14, 1851 at Schönlind, Austria, immigrated 1857 thru New Orleans and died Dec 12th, 1924, hit by a car near Aurora, Missouri, where he had a home and some land there. He was brought back and buried at the catholic cemetery at Jackson CO, MN. He was in several newspapers, about the car accident, in four states, IA, MO, WI and MN (front page of the Jackson CO MN Newspaper, The Jackson Republic.). Frank and his first wife divorced and he remarried on March 28th, 1907 at Jackson, Mrs. Julia Thompsen from Jackson also (born Norway 1859, she is living alone in Aurora, Lawrence CO, Missouri 1930 census, listed as widowed. She died Feb 8th, 1937 Jackson CO, MN, buried at Jackson with her first husband). His first wife was Margaret (Maggie) Fritch born June 7, 1850, Austria and immigrated in 1868. They were married in 1872 at Dale, Outagamie CO, Wisconsin. Frank built the Dale Hotel in town. They had nine children. Marriage ended in divorce. Margaret went back to Wisconsin and lived with her daughter Bertha Dohm at Dale, WI. Margaret (Fritsch) Doyscher died on Sept 13th, 1927 at Medford, Wood CO, WI and bought back to Jackson CO, MN for burial at the Good Shepherd Catholic Cemetery at Jackson. Graves are marked.
