WELL KNOWN BRANCH WOMAN SUCCUMBS TO INFIRMITIES OF AGE
Mrs. Mary Bruenig, widow of the late August Bruenig(sic), and a pioneer resident the county, died at her home one mile west of Branch Saturday night at the advanced age of 75 years.
Mr. Bruenig died fifteen years ago and Mrs. Bruenig is survived by five daughters and two sons.
The funeral was held today at 1:30 from the late home.

Notes from Branch:
Mrs. Mary Brunig, a pioneer resident of Branch, passed away at the home of her son, Charles, a week ago Saturday.
Mrs. Brunig was born in Jefferson City, New York, in 1840 and came here ten years ago. She was married to Mr. Aug. Brunig May 1, 1861 who preceded her in death 25 years ago.
She is survived by 9 children, all of whom were present at the funeral: Mrs. Nick Bruder of Sheboygan, Mrs. J. P. Kellner, Mrs. G. Kellner, Mrs. G. Grobe of Milwaukee, Mrs. L. Rens of Chicago, Wm of Mishicot, Mrs. John Meisnest, Matt and Charles of Branch.
The burial was at Branch Evergreen Cemetery, the Rev. Grether performing the last rites. Those from outside attending the funeral were Mr. and Mrs. Julius Kellner of Milwaukee and Mrs. C. Kauer of Sheboygan.
