She is the daughter of the late Marvin Clark and Trilby Coburn Clark.
She was a member of the Ceres Baptist Church, and the Order of Eastern Star, Chapter 66 of Bluefield.
Survivors, her husband, Arthur W. Lawson, whom she married April 14, 1942 at Princeton; daughter, Patricia Harris (husband Buster); three sisters, Mona Morrison, Sylvia White, and Maxine Pendelton; three brothers, the Rev. J. D. Clark, M. L. Clark, Jr. and Ronald R. Clark; and a grand-son.
Service at 1 p.m. June 12, 1989 in the Burns-Wormal Chapel of Memorial Funeral Directory, Princeton with the Rev. Charles Dooley officiating. An Eastern Star honor tribute service at 7 p.m. Sunday, June 11, 1989, at the funeral home by members of OES Chapter 66, of Bluefield.
