"Dolly" Muckleroy was the sixth of eight children of Matt S. Muckleroy and Fannie Burrows Muckleroy, born in Nacogdoches at the family farm north of Nacogdoches.

Her first marriage at age 15 was to Clarence (Buddie) Langford in 1920, whom she divorced after birth of second child and who was later killed in an auto accident in 1924. Two children were born of this marriage' first child was Clarence Matt Langford, born 5 May 1923, died 5 Sept 1923, buried at Oak Grove in Nacogdoches. The second child was Sarah Jean Langford. born 1924 and is the child ,(abt age 4/5) in the picture with her mother , the "Mona Lisa" of Nacogdoches, probably taken in Houston where Dolly was living with husband. Ira M. Goodrich, and children from that marriage. Sarah Jean lived in New Orleans 1943 - 45 with her Aunt Robbie, met and married a US Army soldier, Frank Seith, from Ohio whom she married and with end of WW!!, they moved to Mantua, Ohio, where Sarah died in 2011,

Her next marriage was to Ira M. Goodrich in 1925 and there were three children of this marriage, Ira, b July, 1927; Dave, b Aug, 1928; Jane, b Oct, 1930. Ira M. Goodrich was killed in an auto accident, Nov, 1932, buried in Oak Grove, Nacogdoches. Death by auto was the bane of this Muckleroy family. In later years, Dollie's brothers, Dave and Gene also were killed in auto accidents. No wonder my mother, their sister, never learned how to drive.

On 16 Sep 1934, Dolly was also killed in an auto accident as described in the newspaper clipping provided by Larry Hume (THANKS) . The three children went to live with family: Ira lived with Fannie Muckleroy, his grandmother; Dave lived with his uncle, Gene Muckleroy in Tenaha; Jane went to live with her aunt Lelia and Buck Parmley in Nacogdoches.
