CHARLESTON - Services for Bessie Holliday, formerly of Columbia, will be held at 2 p.m. today in Elmwood Cemetery of Columbia. Stuhr's North Area Chapel is in charge.
Miss Holliday died Wednesday, June 23, 1993. Born in Marion, she was a daughter of Jesse Gray and Bessie Godbold Holliday. A graduate of Columbia College, she was a retired librarian from Richland County Library. She was a member of Shandon United Methodist Church.
Surviving is a sister, Sarah Harbeson of Charleston.
