Born in Hardin, Mont., she was a member of the Twin Lakes Baptist Church.
She is survived by a son, Philip M. Bishop of San Luis Obispo; four daughters, Margaret Bishop of Santa Cruz, Christine C. Otto of Santa Cruz, Kathleen A. Bishop of Phoenix, Ariz., and Elizabeth Bishop of Kauai, Hawaii; two brothers, Herbert Dunham and Frank Dunham, both of Washington. Mrs. Helm was the wife of the late Donald J. Helm.
Memorial services will be conducted at Twin Lakes Baptist Church on Monday at 11 a.m. with Dr. Roy R. Kraft of the church officiating. Friends may call at the Irvin M. Smith and Sons chapel after 5 p.m. Saturday. Contributions to her church or the Mt. Hermon Assn., or American Cancer Society, are preferred.
