BLOOMINGTON - John William Butler, 66, a 16-year resident here and former 26-year resident of Long Beach, died Feb 1. 1987 in Loma Linda. Born in Maldon. Mass., he was a leadman for 26 years with McDonnell Douglas. He also was a World War II Army veteran and a member of the San Bernardino AARPS.

Visitation will be from 2 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, with Scripture services at 7 p.m. at the Rialto Chapel of Allen McNearney Funeral Home. 875-1123. The Rev. Philip O’Carroll of St. George’s Catholic Church will officiate. Interment at All Souls Cemetery in Long Beach. Family requests remembrances to the Loma Linda University Medical Center Heart Fund or to a Heart Association chapter.
