Mrs. William Wagner, 77, of 2110 Washington St., Two Rivers, died at Two Rivers Municipal Hospital at 6 a.m. Friday where she had been a patient for the past four days. She had been in failing health for the past two years.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Grace Congregational Church, the Rev. R. J. Wichlei officiating. Burial will be in Forest View Cemetery, Two Rivers.
Mrs. Wagner, nee Marie Holler, was born at Campbellsport, Wis., July 23, 1880, a daughter of William and Augusta Fox Holler. When she was a child the family brought her to Marion, Wis., here she was married to William Wagner in 1908. Her husband preceded her in death in Two Rivers 15 years ago. The couple came to Two Rivers in 1923, where Mrs. Wagner had resided since. A long-time member of Grace Congregational Church, she belonged to the Ladies Aid Society. For a number of years she was a dressmaking instructor at the Vocational School.
Survivors are two sons, Milton and Dale Wagner of Milwaukee; three sisters, Mrs. Martin F. Mathies of Sheboygan, Mrs. W. A. Martin of Fond du Lac, and Mrs. Kathryn Kimball of Marion, and five grandchildren.
Friends may call at the funeral home after 3 p.m. Monday.
