Mrs. Mathilda Volsch, 81, died Monday morning at the farm home of her son, Elmer, of Rt. 1, Two Rivers.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Wednesday at the St. John Lutheran Church, Two Rivers. The Rev. Frederick Zarling will officiate and burial will be in Forest View Cemetery, Two Rivers.
She was born Mathilda Krase in Two Creeks in 1871 and in 1907 was married to Charles Volsch at Rockford, Ill. He died 30 years ago at Rockford. She later moved to Two Rivers and five years ago moved to the farm home of her son.
The son, Elmer, is the only survivor.
Friends may call at the Klein and Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers after 7 p.m. Tuesday. The casket will be moved to the church at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday.
