Mrs. Hubert Van Ess, 58, of 2353 Ninth St., Two Rivers, died Friday morning at her home.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Klein and Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers, and at 2 p.m. at Our Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church, the Rev. A. L. Schemling officiating. Burial will be in Forest View Cemetery.
Mrs. Van Ess, nee Lynda Viola Boness, was born at Butternut, a daughter of the late Herman and Anna Schroeder Boness. When she was 18 she came to Two Rivers with her family. She was married April 27, 1935, at Two Rivers to Hubert Van Ess.
Besides her husband, she leaves a son, Wayne, of Two Rivers; a sister, Mrs. Richard Hansen, of Lawrenceburg, Tenn.; six brothers, Arthur, Herman, Raymond and Willard, all of Two Rivers, Edward of Manitowoc and Reinhardt of La Grange, Ill., and two grandchildren.
