Jacqueline, six-weeks-old daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Clifford Smith, of route 2, Two Rivers, died Sunday afternoon.
Survivors are the parents; two brothers, Beck and Lee, and a sister, Judith.
Services were held this morning from the Klein and Stangel funeral home in Two Rivers, with burial in Forest View cemetery.
