Mrs. Emil Siewert, 67, of 1404-20th St., Two Rivers, died Saturday afternoon at Two Rivers Municipal Hospital. She had been ill since February.
Funeral services will be at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Klein & Stangel Inc., Funeral Home, Two Rivers, and at 2 p.m. at St. John Lutheran Church, the Rev. T.F. Stern officiating. Burial will be in Forest View Cemetery.
Mrs. Siewert, nee Emilie (sic) Schacht, was born Nov. 25, 1893, in Poland, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Schacht. She was married Aug. 10, 1919, in Germany to Emil Siewert. In 1921 the couple immigrated to this country, settling at Gillett, Wis. Two years later the family moved to Two Rivers.
Besides her husband she leaves a son, Siegsmunt, of Two Rivers, and seven grandchildren.
