Ruth Marie was my oldest cousin, born a Bennett to Ruth and Howard in Seattle. She grew up in Greenlake, the family living on Corliss Avenue several blocks away from Nana and Gus. Ruth married Lawrence Alton Jones a couple of years after the war. They had three children: Kathy, Susan and Michael. Larry died on 18 Apr 2003, so they celebrated 7 years after their golden anniversary. Ruth was living in Bothell. Ruth had six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren that I know of.
