Mary Ann Albritton, a native of Sorrento and resident of St. Amant, passed away on December 13, 2019 at the age of 83. She was a loving mother, grandmother and friend who will be greatly missed. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, fishing and especially spending time with her family and friends. She even decided to return to school and graduated at the age of 51! She is survived by two daughters, Shanell Blazier (Billy) and Angel Roddy (Joe); six grandchildren, Orey Klein (Abby), Cameron Bourque; Chloe Cannon, Raven “Ray” Roddy, Kalyx “Kay” Roddy and Hart Roddy; five step grandchildren, Brett Blazier, Jordyn Blazier, Noah Blazier, Christine Bourque and Daria Bourque. She is preceded in death by her parents, Fannie and Henry Guedry; her loving husband of 54 years, Sterling J. Albritton; and two brothers, Joseph “Joe” Guedry and Baby Henry. Visitation will be held on Friday, January 3, 2020 from 10:00 am until the funeral services for 1:00 pm at Ourso Funeral Home in Gonzales. Burial to follow at Richardson Cemetery in St. Amant, LA.
