William(sic) C. Rath, 68, of 1811 11th street, Two Rivers, collapsed while shaving early last night and died of a heart attack a few minutes later.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the St. Johns Lutheran church, Two Rivers.

Mr. Rath was born in this city in 1879 and in 1905 married Miss Emma Stegeman of Two Rivers. The following year they moved to Two Rivers where Mr. Rath was employed in Plant No. 1 of the Aluminum Goods company. He was later named a fireman and had rounded out 41 years of employment.

Survivors are his wife; daughter, Mrs. Reine Gleichner of Two Rivers; sister, Mrs. Roland Brachman of this city; and a grandchild.

The body may be viewed after 3 p.m. Sunday at the Klein and Stangel Inc., funeral home, Two Rivers, and will be moved to the church at 10 a.m. Tuesday.
