John graduated from Clinton Prairie.

His marriage was to Susan L. FitzSimons on August 5, 1988, and she survives.

Surviving along with his wife, Susan, sons, Brad (Lesa) Moore, John (Shelly) Moore, Jason Moore, daughters, Jamie (Mike) DeLong, Shannon (Steve) Myers, and Trienah (Nick) Gibson, 11 Grandchildren, and 4 Great-Grandchildren, and brothers; Kenny (Carolyn) Moore & Steve Moore.

John was preceded in death by a brother; Stan Moore.

A celebration of John’s life will be held at a later date and time.
