Mrs. Rubio is preceded in death by her parents, Natividad and Paz Arebalo and by her brother, Natividad Arebalo Jr. She is survived by her beloved husband of 61 years Juan G. Rubio; daughters, Velma R. Medellin and husband Pedro, Mary E. Foster and husband Stephen D., Sandra R. Aguillen, Hilda R. Palencia and husband Johnny; sons, Dionicio A. Rubio and wife Oralia, Juan Jose Rubio and wife Alma, Humberto Rubio and wife Olga, Rene Rubio, Gerardo Rubio and wife Diane; sisters, Silvia A. Gonzalez and husband Tomas of Wisconsin and Ydolina A. Borrego and husband Pedro of Illinois; brother in law, Dionicio G. Rubio Jr. and Imelda, sister in law, Alamar Arebalo, 18 grandchildren, 25 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
