Yia Hang, age 60, of 922 S 18th Street, Manitowoc, died Wednesday, July 10, 2013, at Aurora St. Luke Medical Center in Milwaukee.
Yia was born November 19, 1952, in Laos, son of the late Soua Lue Hang and Youa Kue. He married Marie Hang in Laos on December 12, 1970.
Survivors include his wife, Marie Hang, Manitowoc; nine children: Ky Hang, Claude (Jue)Hang, Joo Sab Hang, Martha Hang, Timothe (Lou Lee) Hang, Rachel Hang, Danny Hang, Alexandra Hang, all of Manitowoc; Natalie (Jet) Wilda, FL; six grandchildren: Leah Hang, and Elijah, Genesis, Shiloh, Trinity, Zion Wilda; two brothers, Doua Hang, Pao Lee Hang; and one sister: Xai Hang.
The family will greet relatives and friends at Klein & Stangel Funeral Home, Two Rivers, on Friday, July 19 from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.; Saturday, July 20 from 10:00 a.m. until 10:00 p.m.; Sunday, July 21 from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m.; and Monday, July 22 from 9:00 a.m. until the time of service. The service will be held at Klein & Stangel Funeral Home.
