Family and friends may call 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Monday, March 7, at Keysor Funeral Service, 11362 South St., Cato. A funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 8, at Meridian Baptist Church. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Meridian Baptist Church.
Ethel was born December 11, 1931, in Fairmount, a daughter of the late August and Ada Grimsley Komrowski. She worked several years at Crouse-Hinds and retired from General Electric in Syracuse. She was an avid gardener and dedicated to growing and supporting her family. She was a congregant of Meridian Baptist Church and a member of the Cato Trailblazers Snowmobile Club.
She is survived by her three sons, David (Debbie) of Elbridge, Daniel (Sharon) of Cato and Edward (Nancy) of Cato; eight grandchildren, Jason (Erin), Tanya, Joshua (Sarah), Eric (Karen), Alan, Sean and Daniel Peckham, and Sara (Justin) White; two great-grandchildren, Brody Peckham and Emmilou White; two brothers, Harry (Agnes) and Red (Lottie) Komrowski; several nieces and nephews.
