Jared Michael Abelow, age 24, passed away on Tuesday, July 4, 2006 in Bulverde, Texas. Those of us who knew him well know that no amount of words could express how great our loss is. Jared was born on December 24, 1981. He spent his childhood in Bulverde, Texas. In 1999, Jared joined the U.S. Army and became part of the 1st Calvary Infantry Unit. He traveled the world and respectfully served his country, including a tour in Freedom Iraq. Jared made it home and had just begun a new life. He was attending school and made the honor roll each semester. He had aspirations to become an English teacher in South Korea.
