Born in Candon, Ilocos Sur, the Philippines, he is survived by wife Felisa A.; son Corregidor; daughter Manila Young; brother George Galope; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren. Wake: 7:30 p.m. tomorrow at the Co-Cathedral of St. Theresa. Call 6-9 p.m. Service: 10:45 a.m. Friday at the cathedral. Call after 9 a.m. Burial: Valley of the Temples.
