Natalie A. Gauthier, age 61, formerly of Two Rivers, passed away Sunday, June 18, 2017 in St. Petersburg, FL at the South Pinellas Care Center after a long battle with cancer. Throughout her fight she was always positive and made the most of every day.

Natalie was born November 18, 1955 in Two Rivers, daughter of the late Elmer and Eunice (Mathey) Gauthier. She was a graduate of Washington High School, Two Rivers with the Class of 1974. Natalie served with the U.S. Air Force from 1983 - 1987, then in Washington D.C. supporting Air Force I during President Reagan and in Japan for 4 years with the Flight Surgeons Clinic. She loved to volunteer in her spare time for pet rescue in the several cities she lived in during her career. Natalie also volunteered at Day Star Life Center and Homeless Shelter in St. Petersburg specializing in running their silent auctions and raising thousands of dollars for the center over the years.

Survivors include three sisters and brothers-in-law: Deborah & Terry Farr, Two Rivers; Laurel & David Meyer, Shoto; Cynthia & Dr. Edward Koutnik, Sturgeon Bay; three nephews: Jamie (Amanda) Farr, Plymouth; Jason (Stephanie) Farr, Two Rivers; Dr. Edward (Cassie) Koutnik, II, Chicago; one niece: Katie (Kern) Luhman, Seattle, WA; great niece and nephews: Nicholas, Tyller and Gavin Farr, Plymouth; Benjamin and Jacob Farr, Two Rivers; Fenna Luhman, Seattle, WA. She was preceded in death by her parents.

Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Friday, July 7, 2017 at the Klein & Stangel Funeral Home, Two Rivers. Officiating at the service will be the Rev. Kim Henning. Burial of her cremated remains will take place following the services at Holy Cross Cemetery, Two Rivers where full military honors will be accorded by the VFW Post #1248 and American Legion Post #165 of Two Rivers.

The family will greet relatives and friends on Friday, July 7, 2017 from 12:00 noon until the time of services at 1:30 p.m. at the funeral home.
