Ms. Florianna Georgina "Flo" Wright, age 83 of Murray, Kentucky died Sunday, December 28, 2014 at her home after an extended illness.

Ms. Wright was born in St. Peter, Kansas on December 1, 1931 to the late Joseph Billinger and Catherine Knoll Billinger. Ms. Wright grew up in Garden City, Kansas and moved to Murray in 1955. Many would know her from her years at Family Shoe Store, Belks and Rite-Aid where she later retired. Ms. Wright was a member of the St. Leo Catholic Church.

In addition to her parents Ms. Wright was preceded in death by one son, Gregory Dale Wright; two sisters, Mary Ryan and Leana Romito; three brothers, Aloysius Billinger, Clarence Billinger and Bernard Billinger.

Ms. Wright is survived by two daughters, Belinda Young of Murray, Kentucky and Pam Williams and husband Joey of Murray, Kentucky; two daughter-in-laws, Cindy Wright of Murray, Kentucky and Brenda Wright of Murray, Kentucky; two sons, Kevin Wright of Murray, Kentucky and Tim Wright of Murray, Kentucky; three sisters, Edna Biernaki of Colorado, Rosa Geier of Colorado and Betty Price of California; one brother, Lavern Billinger and wife Carolyn of Louisville, Kentucky; five grandchildren, Amy Marsala and husband Jim of Monroe, Louisiana, Gina Williams of Murray, Kentucky, Kellie Kelly and husband Benji of Campbellsville, Kentucky, Doug Wright of Houston, Texas and Mindy DeShields and husband Scott of Murray, Kentucky; three great grandchildren, Travis Hoffmeyer of Rome, Georgia, Katelyn Kelly of Campbellsville, Kentucky and Jax Gregory DeShields of Murray, Kentucky.
A memorial service will be held at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 2, 2015 at the St. Leo Catholic Church in Murray, Kentucky. Visitation will be held from 5:00 -7:00 p.m. on Friday, January 2, 2015 at the St. Leo Catholic Church in Murray prior to the memorial service.
