Sims Cemetery was Mary Parks Hanna's actual burial place. In the 20th century, when the area was flooded to create the Brookville Reservoir, her tombstone, her husband's, and others from the Sims Cemetery were moved to the New Fairfield Cemetery in adjacent Franklin County, but that is only the stones, obviously not the remains.
