She married Herman Turner in 1964.
Diana graduated from Mt. Vernon High School in 1963.
Survivors include her husband, Herman Turner , daughter, Patricia Turner, 4 Grandchildren, 4 Great-Grandchildren, brothers, Michael and Roger Phillips, and sisters, Linda Gross, Janet Gambrel, and Mary Bigge.
Diana was preceded in death by her parents, and 2 sons; Keith Turner and Ernie Turner.
A graveside service will take place May 11, 2020, at Oak Hill Cemetery in Lebanon.
