Requiem high Mass will be celebrated Saturday at 10 a.m. in St. Monica's Catholic church, Mishawaka, Ind., for Mrs. William (Katherine Murphy) Besinger, of 535 North Clay street, Mishawaka, former St. Joseph resident.
Mrs. Besinger died at 4 p.m. Wednesday in St. Joseph's hospital, Mishawaka.
The Thallemer-Goethals funeral home, Mishawaka, is in charge of arrangements.
Besides her husband, whom she married June 28, 1910 in St. Joseph's Catholic church, St. Joseph, Mrs. Besinger is survived by two sons, John, of Marion, Ohio, and Edward, a chief signalman in the U.S. Navy in Holbrook, Mass., three daughters, Mrs. Marian Spink, of Benton Harbor, and Mrs. Lillian Grams and Mrs. Justinellen Hager, both of South Bend, Ind., two sisters, Miss Mary Murphy of St. Joseph, and Mrs. Anna Donnellan, of Chicago. A brother, the Rev. Fr. Timothy R. Murphy, CSC, preceded her in death June 28, 1960.
