Frieda Prust, age 87, of 2736 10th St., Two Rivers, died late Thursday evening, July 25, 1996, at the Hamilton Memorial Home.

Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, July 29, 1996, at Our Savior Evangelical Lutheran Church, Two Rivers. A nephew, Rev. Wallace Gaulke will officiate with burial in the Forest View Cemetery, Two Rivers.

She was born February 8, 1909, in Kewaunee daughter of the late Albert and Emily Scharping Groth. She attended the Rustic School in rural Kewaunee. On February 10, 1927, she married Adolph Prust, in Kewaunee. He preceded her in death on March 19, 1981. Frieda was employed at the Schwartz Manufacturing company for a number of years. She later did housekeeping and babysitting. She was an excellent baker of rolls and bread.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, Maynard (Muzzy) and Marion Prust, Two Rivers, Lyle and Arlene Prust, Two Rivers; 11 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one daughter, Jeanette Ott and an infant son.

Friends may call from 5-8 p.m. on Sunday at the Deja and Martin Funeral Chapels, and after 10 a.m. Monday at the church.

Only one wedding license was issued during the week by County Clerk Joseph G. Lazansky. Adolph Prust, Kewaunee, and Miss Frieda Groth, Kewaunee, were to have been married by the Rev. L. Baganz Thursday.

Miss Elfrieda Groth, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Groth, and Adolph Prust, Kewaunee, were married by the Rev. L. Baganz, at Kewaunee last Thursday. After the ceremony, a reception was given at the home of the bride's parents. The groom is employed at Manitowoc, while the bride has always resided in this vicinity.

The out-of-town guests included Mr. and Mrs. Louis Gregor and daughter, Fern, Greinhold Groth Two Rivers, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Lassen, Algoma and Mr. and Mrs. Walter Gaulke, Rio Creek.
