He was born August 29, 1961, in Rockford, the son of Willoughby R. and Virginia (Lindstrand) Frisbie, Sr.
He graduated from Byron High School in 1980. Bill married Kathy Hackney on June 11, 1983 in Byron, IL.
Willoughby drove truck for over 40 years, most recently the past 3 years for Walmart. Willoughby was a strong pillar for his family, community and friends. He had an infectious smile that could light up the room and bring joy to the stories he would tell. He loved spending time with his loved ones, working in his garden, enjoying the outdoors with his boys and passing on his endless knowledge to be sure his boys knew how to complete any project that came to them. His companionship in marriage to Kathy was noticed by anyone who came in contact with him, his love and pride for his two sons was to be admired and he was the BEST papa to his grandsons.
He is predeceased by his parents and 3 sisters, Janice (Dan) Barlow, Adele Green and Valarie Wrasse.
He is survived by his wife Kathy; 2 sons, Bradley and Adam (Brittany); 2 grandsons, Blake and Bennett; sisters, Kimberly (Corky) Boyden, Beverly Carlson and many nieces and nephews.
A private family service will be held at the Farrell-Holland-Gale Funeral Home, in Stillman Valley, with the Rev. Bob Mellon, pastor of the Monroe Center Community Church officiating. Burial will be in the Monroe Center Cemetery following the service.
A memorial fund is established in Bill's name.
