She was born in Pike County, August 19, 1836 and was married 5/1/1856 to Captain John S. Westbrook, who she sruvived only a few months. She had been a consistent member of the Baptist hurch for sixty-three years and as long as she was physically able, took a great interest in the church and its work.
The deceased is survived by one son, Mrs. Charles H. Westbrook, of Griffin and two daughters, Mrs.Estelle Daniel of Brooklyn, New York and Mrs.F. E. Morton, of Wadley, besides a large family connection, who have the deepest sympathy of all in their sad bereavement.
