David R. Briley, age 69, of Jane, MO passed away May 19, 2020. He was born in Rogers, Arkansas January 6, 1951 to Derriel and Doris Briley.

David was a truck driver for 49 years. He started driving a truck at the age of 18 and though he had a few other jobs along the way he always went back to driving. For about the past 15 years he was an owner operator until he retired in 2018. David loved to be outdoors. He was always looking for some old car or truck that he could fix up. He enjoyed hunting but even more he enjoyed being with his kids and grandkids while they hunted. He had a deep passion for guns and shooting. He loved his family and friends and loved spending time with them, whether it was family reunions, camping trips or the grandchildren's school Christmas programs, you could always count on him to be there.

David was preceded in death by his wives Jennifer Briley, Brenda Briley and Paula Briley, his father, and two sisters, Debbie Taylor-Weaver and Ruthie Briley.

David is survived by his mother of Rogers, AR; sister Sara Briley of Rogers, AR; brother Tim Briley of Garfield, AR; son Chris Briley and wife Andrea of Joplin, MO; daughter Stephanie Gibbons and husband Tim of Gravette, AR; step-daughters Jayme Peraud and Jennifer Lohr; grandchildren Grant Gibbons and wife Julia, Wyatt Gibbons and wife Kate, Lauren Lohr, Mike Lohr, Nick Lohr and Allison Lohr; Arthur Peraud and Camille Peraud; great-grandchildren Easton Gibbons, Bryleigh Gibbons and Rowyn Gibbons and numerous family and friends.

A memorial service will be held Tuesday, May 26, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. at Bella Vista Funeral Home Chapel with Brother Jamie Cope officiating.
