Betty Laverne Dugger passed away May 23, 2020 in Amarillo. She was born December 31, 1934 in Tucumcari, New Mexico to Robert and Susie Smart. She met her soulmate Eddie and they were married for 65 wonderful years. Anyone who knew Grandma loved her. She was a loving wife, mother, sister, grandma and friend to all. She was very straight forward she said what she meant, and meant what she said. Grandpa said “she was a pretty good gal who always helped me work with paperwork on cars”, she was the love of my life”. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents; a son Lynn Dugger; two brothers; and a sister.

Left to cherish her memory is her husband Eddie; her son Bobby and his wife Nancy; her grandchildren Johnie Dugger and wife Carolyn and Craig Dugger and wife Lisa. A brother Ben Smart. Great grandchildren Caiden; Isreal and Shaylee. Along with two great-great grandchildren.
