Rev. Casper Owen Billheimer, 89, passed away on Saturday morning, May 23, 2020 at his residence in Mishawaka, IN. He was born on June 4, 1930 in Richmond, IN, to Ralph E. and Minnie Rebecca (Parker) Billheimer, both of whom preceded him in death.

Casper is survived by his sons, Thomas (Sheila) Billheimer of South Bend; Tim Billheimer of Mishawaka; and Steve (Mary) Billheimer of Indianapolis, IN; Daughters Diana Johnson and Jeri Lynn Garrison. 10 grandchildren; 16 Great Grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Casper was preceded in death by his 6 Sisters and 1 Brother, and His ex wife of 27 years Lyda L. Jackson.

After Serving His Country in the United States Army, Casper has been an Ordained Minister with The United Pentecostal Church International for 65 years. He evangelize with his wife and oldest son for 5 years. He started a church in Colorado Springs, CO, and started and Pastored a church in Green Bay, WI. He also Pastored a church Walkerton, IN. For the last forty years he was an International Evangelist. He has preached in over 47 countries bringing many souls to Jesus Christ.

Casper was an avid musician, playing the saxophone and singing for over 70 years. He was a member of The Niles United Pentecostal Church Niles, MI. The Officiating will be by His Pastor, Rev. Carl Adams, Niles, MI. And Rev Ed. MacFarland of Richmond, IN. He was Loved by all that knew him.

Visiting time will be from 4-8 Friday evening June 5th and Funeral services for Casper will be held at 12 noon Saturday, June 6, 2002 with visitation one hour prior to the service at Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, 3718 S. Michigan St., South Bend, IN. Graveside services and burial will follow at Southlawn Cemetery, South Bend.
