Services for Mrs. Effie Mae Hall, 78, will be at 1 p.m. today at Walker Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in Salem Liberty. Mrs. Hall, a retired nurse, died Saturday in a nursing home in Panama City.Fla.
Survivors include her daughter, Mrs. Doris Mitchell, Panama City; two sons, Charles Hall, Abilene, Texas, and Bobby Hall, Watertown, Tenn.; three sisters, Venoia Givans and Virginia Rich, both of Watertown, and Annie LeFever, Lebanon; six grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
She was the daughter of the late Abram Williams and Maudie Anderson Williams
