Evilena Back Gayheart, age 78, of Hazard, KY passed away on May 24, 2020 at the Hazard Health and Rehab Center. Evilena was a former beautician. She was born on April 20, 1942 to the late Ben Back and the late Eunice Combs Back. She is also preceded in death by one sister: Diana Fugate and three brothers: Bill, Orb & Francis Back.
She is survived by her husband Jimmy Gayheart Sr.; one son: Jimmy Gayheart Jr. of Vicco, KY; two daughters: Judie Lynn Gayheart of Vicco, KY & Janell Campbell of Hazard, KY; three brothers: Thurman Back, Edward Back & Ernest Back all of Vicco, KY; two sisters: Norma Miller of Hindman, KY & Joyce Jent of IN; six grandchildren: Justin, Jason, Joy Beth, Cody, Miranda & Madison as well as a host of great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, family & friends.
