Mrs. Lydia Olga Burgess, 74, of Puyallup, died Thursday in a local hospital. A native of Iowa, she came to Washington 47 years ago. She had lived in Puyallup for 26 years. She was a member of the Methodist Church.
She is survived by three sons, Eldon D. of Medford Ore., Kenneth A. of Willits, Calif., and Merle J. of Vancouver, Wash.; three daughters, Mrs. Lauree Betts of Redondo, Mrs. Myra Geddes of Puyallup and Mrs. Ernilie Storrs of Newberg, Ore.; a sister, Mrs. Anna Essick of Ankeny, Iowa, 12 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
Services will be held Monday at 1 p.m. in the Hill Funeral Home in Puyallup. The Rev. F.H. Theuer will officiate.
Burial will be in Sumner Cemetery.
