BASSOW, ANNA V., 93, of St. Petersburg, died Monday (Feb. 20, 1995) at Bayfront Medical Center. She came here in 1943 from her native Marshall, Texas. She retired in 1970 as a schoolteacher for the Pinellas County school system after 30 years. She was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Business and Professional Women's Association and the local and national Retired Teachers associations. Survivors include two grandchildren, Cheryl Ann Sanders, Missouri City, Texas, and James E. Shuff, Manassas, Va.; and two great-grandchildren. R. Lee Williams & Son Funeral Home, St. Petersburg.
