Cecil is survived by his son; James Hood of Seminole, Oklahoma, his daughters; Robin Eakins of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma and Marlyn Anthony of Holdenville, Oklahoma, granchildren; Pamela Chavira, Bonnie Leann Moore, Gloria Graham, D. J. Anthony and Hermilo Olvera and five great grandchildren; Zach, Oaklynn and Elian Olvera.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brothers; J.D. and Doyle and sister LaJune and daughter; Tina Marie Graham.
Memorial services for Cecil will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, May 19, 2020 at Gleaners Holiness Church, 14th and Bluffview, Wewoka, Oklahoma 74884. Burial will follow at Little Cemetery. Larry Chesses will officiate the services.
Arrangements are under the dierection of Swearingen Funeral Home in Seminole, Oklahoma.
