Donald Wayne Hull, age 66, of Sparta, passed away Tuesday, August 21, 2007, in his home surrounded by his family. He was born December 2, 1940, in Bruner, the son of Alva and Frances (Conner) Hull. On March 14, 1959, he and Beverly Ann Harrison were united in marriage. As a truck driver Donald hauled grain for many area farmers and feed stores. He also was a carpenter and a farmer. He served as Past Master of Sparta Masonic Lodge #296 A.F. and A.M. and as Past Patron of Sparta Chapter #326, OES. Donald was a Baptist by faith. Survivors include three daughters, Paula Hess and husband, Mark, Ozark, Linda Essick and husband, Kevin, Sparta, and Karla Hyde and husband, David, Sparta; four grandchildren, Brenton Hyde and wife, Amber, PFCMathew Hyde and wife, Holly, Nick Hyde and Bethany Essick; two great-grandchildren, Graci Hyde and Nathan Hyde; three sisters, Ruth Winslow, Bonnie Muilenburg and husband, Earl, and Louise Morgan and husband, Johnny; a brother, Harold Hull; sisters-in-law and brother-in-law, Donna Hull, Don and Barbara Roller, and Thelma Harrison; nieces and nephews; other relatives and special friends. He was preceded in death by his wife, Ann, on April 14, 2006; a brother, Paul Hull; brothers-in-law, Milbern Winslow, Walter Harrison, Jim Harrison and Roscoe Harrison; a sister-in-law, Lulu "Dunnie� Stafford; and his parents. The family would like to extend a special thank you to Community Hospice and Donald's sisters for their constant care during his illness. A graveside funeral will be 10 a.m. Friday, August 24, 2007, in Sparta Cemetery with Pastor Allan Maggard officiating. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. this evening, August 23, 2007, in Adams Funeral Home, Ozark. Memorials may be made to Community Hospices of America.
