Beloved daughter and loving sister, of Calgary, AB passed away suddenly on Sunday, December 30, 2007 along with her father as a result of a motor vehicle accident near Golden, BC. Amy was in the second grade at the Dalhousie Elementary School Spanish Program, where she was loved by her teachers and many friends. Amy also delighted in participating in sports. She was a proud little 'Dino' for the University of Calgary Swim Club, and also loved skating,skiing and gymnastics. Her infectious love and laughter will be missed by all who knew her. Amy is survived by her loving mother Jennifer; and brother Rylan who both know she is in heaven but miss her so much. She is also survived by her maternal grandparents, Herb and Pat Lede of Leduc, AB, her Uncle Mark and Aunt Kate of Toronto, ON; her Aunt Cathy and Uncle Henry; cousins Stephanie, Daniel, Renee, and Janine of Brooks, AB; and her Uncle Bob and Aunt Jennifer; cousins Tessa and Declan of Kelowna, BC; as well as many other friends and relatives. Amy was predeceased by her sister Kira Jean in 2000, and her paternal grandparents,
Pat and Charles Monaghan of Brooks, AB.

In living memory of Amy Monaghan, a tree will be planted at Fish Creek Provincial Park.
