There are two documents that suggest Cyrus' middle name was Bragg. The first was a notary letter dated 24 April 1893 from his mother Isabella (Presley) White that lists her and Asa White's children. The second document is a General Affidavit for Any Purpose dated 30 January 1894. Both documents show his name as Cyrus B. White and are attached to this memorial.
The only document that suggests Cyrus' middle name was William, is the Alabama, U.S., Homestead and Cash Entry Patents, Pre-1908, dated 30 Jan 1906 which shows his name as Cyrus W. White. This document is also attached to this memorial.
His headstone has a W. as his middle initial.
We will probably never know Cyrus' middle name or names; therefore, I will leave both names on his memorial.
