Francis Genoa Donsife died at his home in Woodsboro Friday morning at 6 o'clock from heart trouble. His age was 83 years, 7 months and 7 days.
He was a blacksmith by trade and lived in Woodsboro all his life. With his brother Otho J. Donsife, he conducted a blacksmith shop in the town for many years.
He is survived by his widow, who before marriage was Miss Mary S. Staub, one daughter, Mrs. Clara Ainsworth, Shanksville, PA., two grandchildren and one brother, Otho J. Donsife.
