Hazel E. "Stub" Seebaugh, 86, of New England Ridge died June 12, 2020 at the Camden Clark Medical Center. She was born on February 20, 1934 in New England, WV and was the daughter of the late Fred and Flossie Wigal Seebaugh.

She retired from Goldsmith & Black after 33 years of service and was the eldest living member of the Bethany Christian Church in New England, WV. joining the church in 1946. She was a 1952 graduate of Parkersburg High School and had attended Mountain State Business College. She enjoyed her bus trips to The Grand Ole Opry and Myrtle Beach and loved going to football games. She was always there for her family, nieces and nephews included.

Hazel is survived by her sister, Helen Seebaugh; ten nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one sister, Ruth McPherson and one brother Brady Seebaugh and three nieces.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday at 1:00 pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg with Reverend Nathan Copen officiating.

Entombment will follow at Sunset Memory Gardens Mausoleum. Visitation will be held Monday from 2-8 pm at Leavitt Funeral Home, Parkersburg, WV.
