SOUTH NEWBURY - Patricia N. "Babe" Renfrew, 81, died June 4, 2001, at Cottage Hospital in Woodsville, N.H.
She was born Dec. 6, 1919, in Newbury and graduated from Newbury High School.
On Oct. 16, 1938, she married Harry Renfrew.
They lived in Connecticut before returning to Newbury.
Mrs. Renfrew was a homemaker.
She enjoyed knitting, gardening, baking and animals.
Survivors include her husband, Harry Renfrew of Newbury; a son, Arthur Renfrew of Bradford; a daughter, Irene Davidson of Newbury; two sisters, Jean Richardson of North Haverhill, N.H., and Hazel Downing of Lunenburg; five grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a brother, George Henderson, and four sisters, Margaret Smith, Florence Cross, Josephine Forcucci and Catherine Carpenter.
The funeral service will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Hale Funeral Home in Bradford. The Rev. Joseph Rinaldi will officiate. Burial will be at the Sawyer Cemetery in Bradford.
There are no calling hours.
