He is survived by his mother, Diane Porter (employee of Luther Oaks), Bloomington; maternal grandparents: Max and Shirley Porter of Towanda; three uncles: Dave Porter and Doug (Sandy) Porter, both of Towanda, and Max (Stephanie) Porter, Jr of Gridley; one aunt: Deb Schultz of Bloomington; several cousins and many friends.
He was preceded in death by his brother, Shane R. Porter on Aug. 5, 1999.
Jesse was employed by Green View Landscaping.
His passion was working on cars and he enjoyed four-wheeling. He was kind and generous, willing to help anyone. He never knew a stranger. Jesse had a great sense of humor. He will be greatly missed and was loved by all who knew him.
